The affiliation renewals process for CTT Affiliations for 2022 is well underway and it is good to see that we have a high volume of clubs already completing the re-affiliation process - thank you!

It is a good time, therefore, to remind all clubs of the importance of ensuring that their Club Details recorded on the CTT website is up-to-date.  I am sure most will have done that as part of their reaffiliation process but it would be appreciated if club officials could check the following:

1.  To ensure that all club correspondence/communication details are fully updated, particularly if this is not the Club Secretary, to ensure that when communications are sent out from CTT, the relevant contact in the club receives the communications.
2. To ensure that all clubs have checked and correctly completed the "tick box" around Communications, again to ensure that when communications are sent out from CTT, they are received by the club.
