The National Closed-Circuit Championships return to their home at Thruxton on Sunday 11 October, and entries are already coming in.
With this being a National Championship, riders are encouraged to get their entries in well ahead of the closing date. With start sheets, race numbers and other event preparations to organise, this is one event where leaving it until the last minute isn't ideal!
The Closed-Circuit Championships offer much more than the individual championship events. This year’s programme also includes a 4-up Team Time Trial, giving teams the chance to round off their season together, as well as a new Heritage Bike section and Heritage Tandem section.
So, if you have an old racing machine tucked away in the shed or loft, now might be the time to dust it off. There must still be a few short-wheelbase Claud Butlers and other classics lurking out there!
Whether you're looking to compete for a National Championship, race as part of a team, or simply enjoy a final day of racing before the season comes to an end, the Closed-Circuit Championships are a great way to finish the year.
Don't leave it until the last minute – check out the event and get your entry in now.
