Dear All,
                  With Covid restrictions having almost ceased for most activities, one question that remains is whether the practice of "pushing" riders off should resume. It should be clear that this decision is for the start marshal, in conjunction with the organiser. If the start marshal is uncomfortable holding riders up at the start then foot down starts should be advised. 
The only caveat to this is that the Start Marshal MUST ensure that their decision is applied to ALL riders in the event so as to make it fair to ALL riders.
