Hounslow and District Wheelers have run a 100 mile time trial every year since 1956. However next season we need your help, to be able to run the promotion to the high standard necessary for a BBAR qualifying event. Only eight 100 mile events were organised in 2025 in the whole country and it would be a great help to local riders to keep the H100/88 event going between Alton and Farnham, along the A31 on Sunday 24th May 2026.

The race starts at 07.15 and is usually finished by 12:45. Due to the long duration we need about ten more helpers in order to split the shift into two shorter halves. Please would you raise this request at your next committee meeting if appropriate and kindly e-mail me at mcmichael.205@gmail.com to express an interest in helping, or to ask any questions? I will need to apply for the event in November 2025, so replies by the end of October would be much appreciated.
