The regulations require that organisers notify the police of all proposed events at least 28 days in advance.  Here are the relevant email address for the South Wales district (last checked in September 2022):

• South Wales Police: paul.daniells@south-wales.police.uk
• Gwent Police: simon.lewis@gwent.police.uk (and also copy to opsupportadmin@gwent.police.uk)
• Dyfed Powys Police: richard.lucas@dyfed-powys.pnn.police.uk
• West Mercia Police: ian.connolly@westmercia.pnn.police.uk

If you find that your PNF email "bounces" you could try a removing the ".pnn" part as police forces in England and Wales are gradually dropping this from their email addresses.

For club events (type "B") please also copy your PNF email to:

• SouthWalesClubTTs@gmail.com

For open events [type "A"] there's no need to copy them to the district secretary -- instead, please upload a copy to the event page[s] on the main CTT site.
