Notice is given that the South Wales DC AGM will be an online meeting starting at 19:30 on Friday 2nd October.

Each club is allowed two delegates however where possible we ask that both delegates attend from one location (subject to Covid rules in place at the time).

The meeting will be by google meet software.  You do not need to download anything just register as a delegate and the meeting convenor Martyn Heritage-Owen will send you a link after checking no club has more than the 2 delegates allowed.

The Agenda will be issued asap but will be restricted to the formal business of electing a committee and CTT delegates and any District Only resolutions.  The CTT National Council will NOT be accepting any Rules and regulation changes and will also be an Online meeting.
