Club officials are asked to complete this online form by January 31st to proide details of intended Type B events for 2021.  If this is too tight a deadline for your club, don’t worry, but please send the details as soon as you can.  If you need any assistance please get in touch by email or on 07491 900923.

This is going to be another challenging year as we attempt to schedule events and provide the required police notifications without any certainty about the conditions and restrictions that will be in place when the event dates come around.  The South Wales district committee understands how difficult this could be but is keen to support clubs in running events this year.  Police notifications aside, the committee will show flexibility on the usual timetable for proposing and approving events – including re-scheduling them if that becomes necessary.
