South DC Season gets underway on Sunday 4th April
This Sunday Weymouth CC 10 mile time trial, marks the start of season delayed due to the Covid restrictions.
Charlie Lawson of the promoting club is the first rider off in the event to be held on the P451/10, starting a 09:07. A small field of 44 riders including Felix Wilkinson of Tetbury Velos, Jamie Whitcher of Bournemouth Cycleworks - Vitec Fire - Ford Civil – Trek (junior) and last man off Samuel Wadsley of Primera-Teamjobs. The event was last held on 2019 as the 2020 version fell foul of Covid 19 restriction, was won by Matt Burden 73 Degrees Bicycles, WestSide Coaching rt with a time of 20:41
