Sheila Hardy, Midland District Open Event Secretary, is keen to point out to organisers that Open event Police Notification Forms be submitted within the specified time required under CTT Rules & Regs which is 42 days prior to the event taking place. In the case of Warwickshire Police the forms need posting.
It is also very important that a copy be sent to Sheila AT THE SAME TIME. You can send these by email to sheilactt@sky.com
There are already events which have not submitted PNFs and the police have the right to refuse the event taking place if the forms are late.
