This event is being run on the L153 course.
START on B5272 Cockerham Road approximately 150 yards north west of traffic lights on A6 Garstang by-pass at a point directly opposite road sign warning sign on north side of road and adjacent to council yard gate entrance. Proceed along the B5272 to Cockerham (4.27 miles) where bear left on A588 where continue to Stakepool to bear left opposite the Elletson Arms (9.08 miles). Continue to Cogie Hill where straight on to T-junction at end of Kilcrash Lane (13.38 miles) where turn left along Longmoor Lane to turn left into Nateby Crossing Lane near Flag Hotel (14.33 miles). Continue over canal bridge (Care!) to finish 25m past 2 field gate entrances at second tree on the right side of the road approx. 300 meters from junction with B5272 (15 MILES).
