START on the B576 Lamport to Rothwell Road, in line with tree at junction to Draughton. Proceed northwest towards Rothwell, passing the next turn, also to Draughton, and passing the junction to Foxhall. After which, continue bearing right at junction to Harrington and continue to roundabout south side of bridge over A14 (4.83 miles). Encircle roundabout (marshal) and retrace route towards Lamport passing the start to turn left at Manor Farm on entering Lamport that goes back to Old. The finish is just beyond the length of wall surrounding Lamport Hall, you will see the finishing board and timekeeper

START: On B573 facing east towards Great Doddington at a point in line with the west end of the concrete bench in the grass verge.
Proceed 0.23 miles towards Great Doddington where
TURN Left onto the A45 Westbound slip road towards Northampton. Continue along the A45 to EXIT A45 at the Great Billing slip road (4.06 miles). Continue round the Great Billing Roundabout to take the 4th exit and rejoin the A45 and PROCEED Eastwards towards Great Doddington to EXIT the A45 at the Great Doddington slip Road (8.1 miles. At the end of the slip road TURN LEFT to go over the A45 (for the 2nd time) (8.34 miles) and once again TURN LEFT onto the A45 Westbound slip road (8.55 miles). Proceed Westwards along the A45 until reaching the Earls Barton slip road (9.92 miles). EXIT the slip road to FINISH just round the slight left bend in line with the ’No Stopping Clearway” sign.

The HQ for the event is the Rockingham Forest Club House. That will also be the venue for post race refreshmenst and the prize giving. It's about 5 miles to the start point from the club house so make sure that you have enough time to get to the start on time.
START At gateway near sewage works outside of Melbourne. Proceed through Melbourne to Ashley. From Ashley continue to Middleton. TURN LEFT at Middleton junction and proceed through Middleton. TURN LEFT at Mill Lane junction towards Bringhurst. At Bringhurst junction TURN LEFT towards Drayton. Proceed through Drayton back to Start point. Repeat once more fully, then repeat again to FINISH outside Rockingham Forest Clubhouse in Middleton before the Junction.

A45 Earls Barton 50 miles
The start is just outside the entrance to Whites Nurseries.
The finish is just off the roundabout heading back to the start.
From the start, continue over the small roundabout onto the A45 dual carriageway, eastwards and leave off at the first exit (signposted Great Doddington), climb up to the t-junction and turn left and then immediately left and decend to rejoin the A45 going west. Stay on the dual carriageway past the exit to Earls Barton and continue past the services and then take the next exit (signposted Billing), climb up to the roundabout, take care, encircle the roundabout and decend and rejoin the A45 eastward, past the services and the exit to Earls Barton (this is your first lap).
Repeat the above for another 5 laps, making 6 in total.
On the last lap, after you’ve gone past the services east bound, take the exit to Earls Barton, it’s a tight turn, take care, and proceed over the roundabout and you’ll see the finish just past it. Call your number out at this point, as you pass the timekeepers.

Old 9.4 miles
START in line with field gateway on uphill stretch of Scaldwell Road heading south easterly approx. 100m before the Old sign. Proceed into Old where turn left at the large junction opposite the White Horse Pub continue to pass Village Hall and bear right up the hill out of Old. Proceed to the junction with the Mawsley/Foxhall/Broughton road and turn left (with care) (marshal) and proceed passing Mawsley onto Foxhall, passing Foxhall Cottages up to the T junction. Turn left (marshal) at the junction with the B756 towards Lamport (along the air field straight). Turn left at Manor farm on entering Lamport back towards Old, continue through the downhill sweeping ‘s’ bend and continue passing the Scaldwell turn (on the right, watch for cars turning out in front of you) and continue through the sweeping bends and up the hill to finish at the same point as you started, you will see the finishing board and timekeepers.
