Ollie Jones (Ipswich BC) stormed to a comfortable victory over the rolling roads of Norfolk in the Diss & District CC 25.
His time of 54 minutes and 23 seconds was easily enough to add another victory to his collection after he also won the Anglia Velo 10 last month.
The B25/17 course record is a short 52 minutes ride and the route takes riders from Bressingham to Thetford along the A1066 before making a return down the same road.
Veteran rider Paul Vickers (West Suffolk Whls & Triathlon Club) led home the rest of the pack in a time of 55.35.
Taking a hard fought third place on the day just six seconds ahead of fourth was Daniel Bloy (Team Velocity) in 56.01.
Fastest woman was Verity Smith (Stowmarket & District CC) who clocked 1:03.06.
