Wears tops podium in BBM Revolution event

Jonathan Wears off SSLL RT was the fastest rider at the BBM Revolution 10 in West Yorkshire on Sunday, winning by 49 seconds.

It was a good time on a dry but overcast day and Richard Dean of Team Swift was second in a time of 22.21.

Paul Thirling of Stockton Wheelers occupied the final step of the podium, completing four seconds off the pace of Dean.

Alex Deck of Langsett Cysles RT was the fastest woman on the day with a time of 25.30.

Paul Stainthorpe (Cyclesense CT) was top Category B rider in 23.02 and Category C winner was Mark Cooke (Ravensthorpe CC) in 24.58. John Hobbah (Yorkshire RC) won Category D in 24.56.
