This event is being run on the R15/4 course.
start on the a477 redberth bypass approximately 1.4km east of sageston roundabout proceed west to sageston roundabout. take 3rd exit to stay on the a477. at carew cross roundabout take 2nd exit (straight on) and continue on a477 to pembroke dock (waterloo) roundabout. circle roundabout and retrace on a477 to carew cross roundabout. take 2nd exit (straight on) and continue on a477 to sageston roundabout where take 2nd exit (straight on) to continue on a477 towards redberth fo. turn left into redberth and continue along old road to sageston to finish approximately 500m before sageston village sign, opposite ‘staggered junction’ sign.
