Saturday 9am, social group ride of 50-60 miles in length (ridden at 16-18mph). Riding out to a cafe for coffee/cake/breakfast baps then back to Wetherby for 1pm.

Tuesday evening 6:00pm (through the summer), tempo ride of 25-30miles in length (at 18-20mph).

A cold beer back at Mews Bar is a fairly regular part of our post ride training regime.
