Description

Start at the southern end of Foxbridge Lane (OS 019297) 5 yds from junction of Foxbridge Lane and Plaistow Road. Continue south to turn LEFT at t-junction at west end of Kirdford. Proceed through Kirdford village to turn LEFT at T-junction at east end of Kirdford. Proceed to junction with Skiff Lane where turn LEFT. Follow Skiff Lane via Gunshot Common to junction with B2133 where turn LEFT, and then immediately LEFT again onto Plaistow Road. Continue on Plaistow Road through Ifold and up into Plaistow. At T-junction in Plaistow by the church, turn LEFT onto The Street which becomes Rickmanss Lane and continue southeast to complete circuit at junction with Foxbridge Lane. Continue south for 405 yards to FINISH 5 yards south of rectangular green sign ‘Costrong Fruit Farm and Nurserys on west side of road.
