A club based in the Vale of Clwyd with its heart  in Ruthin, Denbighshire, North Wales. We actively encourage cycling for all abilities, ages (adults only) and gender. We embrace all forms of cycling.

We currently offer long Sunday runs in three ability levels, covering 40-60 miles with a shorter Social ride of about 20 miles, Wednesday Social rides and Thursday evening rides during the summer. We organise some longer rides in the summer and support other local cycling events.  We also run local Time Trials together with VC Melyd. We meet in Ruthin at St Peter’s Square in the centre of the town, by the Clock Tower.
