SPOCO (Sporting Courses Points Competition) - a season long competition focussing on events and courses that provide a more complete challenge than what can be found on the "out and back" style dual carriageway courses.

Comprising of events across the south east of England you must complete a minimum number of events across multiple distances to qualify. Points are are awarded based upon placings at each event and the winners crowned at the end of the year based upon the cumulative score across qualifying events.
