Ladies Only Cycle club based just over the border in Launceston, Cornwall, but we Ladies coming from Tavistock, St Austell and Bude areas to ride with us every Monday and Saturday. We also have Thursday evening rides through the summer time, or meet up on Zwift.

We are a fully inclusive club with a great mix of ages and fitness levels, E-Bikes through to Time Trial Bikes. Supporting local events and sportives.
