We are a friendly, fun and enthusiastic group of Male and female riders. We are primarily triathlete's who like to time trial for fun.

We all like to meet up every Sunday morning for our "Sunday social" ride. This is usually a low intensity ride of 2.5 - 3hours, we like to chat whilst riding and have coffee and cake afterwards. Come and join us, all standards are welcome.

There are no "Ego's" in our group.
