K10/10The Leamington Cycling and Athletics Club 10-mile time trial on Sunday in Warwickshire saw David Mead and Zoe Shepherd claim open and women’s titles, respectively, despite challenging head and crosswinds. Held on the K10/10 looped circuit, this event highlighted the season’s competitive spirit.
Open and Women’s Victories
David Mead (Team M.I. Racing Townsend Vehicle Hire) powered to victory with 20-09, outpacing Ryan Witchell (George Fox Cycling Solutions) at 20-52 and Dan Whitehouse-Smith (Army Cycling) at 21-06. Category Highlights
Lezley Moran (Redditch Road & Path CC) led the female road bike category at 34-33, while Ross Smith (Royal Leamington Spa Cycling Club) topped the open road bike class at 23-34.
