M109 Course - Widdrington-Amble (10 Miles)

START on the B1337 Widdrington Station road at the drainage cover just AFTER the end of the layby.  Proceed to the Houndalee roundabout, taking the first exit to continue on the A1068 coastal road northbound towards Amble.  At the Widdrington (Inn) roundabout, take the second exit to continue straight on until the Amble Industrial Estate/Amble Inn mini roundabout.  Encircle the roundabout and retrace to FINISH approximately 0.3 miles north of the Widdrington roundabout (opposite an entrance into a farm field on the left/metal gate on the right (10 Miles).
