START at Southern end of layby 0.3 miles north of Crosskeys Junction on A467.
Proceed southbound, taking 1st exit at Wattsville roundabout onto dual carriageway (A467). Proceed on dual carriageway to Risca roundabout (3.2 miles). Turn by circling roundabout to continue on dual carriageway northbound to Wattsville roundabout (5.7 miles). Take 4th exit back onto dual carriageway to Risca Roundabout (8.2 miles), turn by circling roundabout to continue on dual carriageway (A467) Northbound.  FINISH at layby on left of A467 0.2 miles past pedestrian bridge 10.000 miles. (Riders then to continue to Wattsville Roundabout before stopping)
