A lap (or three for our Hard Riders) of the picturesque and rolling Whitwell Loop. The course starts in a layby between Codicote and Whitwell before the London Road towards Hitchin. A left turn towards St Paul's Walden begins the gradual ascent to the highest point on the course, steepening toward the summit, before a fast, long descent to Whitwell. The course rolls back over undulating terrain to the start and a rest, or repeat.
