Start at Stocks Lane as it rises out of Luddenden village at telegraph pole number 2 & lamp post 9792 just clear of the houses that constitutes Applehouse Terrace and just before the junction with Mill Lane (track) proceed uphill for a distance of 0.9 miles to finish opposite telegraph pole number 3 some 100 feet before the junction with Mount Tabour Road.
