VCC Lower Rhondda 10-mile TT Course

* Start at the first layby in a northerly direction heading away from Porth on the A4233 towards the Rhondda Fach.

* Proceed north to Ynyshir roundabout (R1) and take second exit to stay on A4233 towards Stanleytown.

* Continue WNW to second roundabout (R2) and take second exit to stay on A4233 towards Tylorstown.

* Encircle third roundabout (R3) taking fourth exit to retrace route southbound along A4233.

* Upon return to  R2 take second exit to stay on A4233.

* Upon return to  R1 take second exit to stay on A4233.

* Continue ESE along A4233 beyond point of departure to Porth roundabout (R4).

* Encircle R4 with great care taking fourth exit to remain on A4233 heading north.

* On passing point of departure, repeat as above through R1, R2, R3, R2, R1

* Upon passing point of departure, turn left onto Llanwonno Road to finish approximately 20 yards beyond junction (10.06 miles)
