START (GR 483010) At left turn junc sign 50 Yds before Banks Lane, (this is in road leading from Ivy Chimneys to Theydon Mount, about 0.5 mile east of crossing by M11). Turn left into Banks Lane, leading to Colliers Hatch and Toot Hill, proceed north past Gaynes Park on left to FINISH (GR 493014) by oak tree, opposite centre of green triangle at junction with Tawney Common, 3 yards past signpost to Stapleford Tawney.
