A Sporting 10 mile course running along route of old A30 from Bridestowe to Lewdown and back.

Start: at Junction with Sourton Quarry Lane, proceeding West along old Bridestowe By-pass, on through
Combebow to Lewdown, turning left opposite the Post Office, circling around the War Memorial, turning right to rejoin 
the old A30 Eastbound.

Finish: opposite the bus shelter situated just below the entrance on left to Trescote Way.
