Start on A6195 Park Spring Road at northern end of safety barrier on bridge approx ¼ mile north of Rotherham Road TI.  Forward to Houghton Main TI (1.05 miles).  Forward to Grimethorpe Colliery TI (2.48)   Encircle island and retrace to Houghton Main TI (3.95).  Forward to FINISH opposite start (5 miles)
