The Zig-Zag Hill Climb

Come and race the first ever hill climb up ZigZag Hill in Shaftesbury! This 3.8 km climb packs in three tight, cowbell-filled hairpins, a 15% max gradient, and sweeping Dorset views from the ridge. It's as scenic as it is brutal.

Expect coffee and pastries from The Coffee Guys, pro shots by PelotonPix, and a bumper £1000 prize pot supported by title sponsor Alta Via Bicycle Components alongside Barfoot’s Performance. Cowbells will be available by donation to support the New Forest Bike Project, who are also collecting old kit and parts and there's a bike weighing station at HQ too along with a ZigZag spotter challenge for any kids (or adults!) who are spectating!

The prize pot is £120 for the individual winner with prizes down to 5th (For both open and female) and 2x£150 team prizes (Separate Open and Female team prizes. Teams of 3, with fastest combined individual times winning.) with £100 of junior prizes (£50 for junior open and £50 for junior girls).
