The Charity Hill Climbs Championship will consist of 2 climbs:
BLACKGANG HILL CLIMB (A) @ 09.30 Course Description: 1 Mile Hill Climb. Good surface and wide roads.
START: Blackgang Road A3055 approx. 200m W of the junction with Church Street, Niton. FINISH: At the peak of Blackgang Road adjacent to the gravel layby.
BLACKGANG HILL CLIMB (B) @ 10.30 Course Description: 1 Mile Hill Climb with a roundabout at 0.7 miles. Good surface and wide roads.
START: Military Road A3055 approx. 50m south-east of the entrance to The Wight Mouse Inn. Continue south-east along Military Road A3055 leading into Blythe Shute. Ascend Blythe Shute and then take the first exit at the roundabout and continue along Blackgang Road A3055. FINISH: At the peak of Blackgang Road opposite the gravel layby.
We will also be holding our Grand Draw in aid of Mountbatten hospice immediately after the event.
