General Notes
CARE AT ROAD JUNCTIONS - Riders must exercise care at all junctions. Any competitor who’s riding line causes him/her to cross the white line when approaching or leaving a junction will be liable to disqualification from the event and may be reported to the District Committee for further disciplinary action.
RIDERS PLEASE BE WARNED - that dangerous riding causes accidents and is endangering the future of this sport.
PLEASE KEEP YOUR HEAD UP AT ALL TIMES – riding head down is dangerous and causes accidents.
AVOID ALL U-TURNS - even when warming up and after finishing the event. Keep a safe distance from the kerb but do not ride out in the traffic.
Remember to sign back in after your ride.
OBSERVERS ARE BEING USED DURING THIS EVENT.
All Riders must have a working Front and Rear Light fitted to their machine as set out in CTT Reg 14(i) & 14(j). Riders with no working front & rear light will not be permitted to start. All Riders must wear a helmet as set out in CTT Reg 15. Riders without a helmet will not be permitted to start.
There are road surface hazards along the first section of the Barton Road section, these are negotiable with heads up riding. Particular note that the middle roundabout at Llan-y-pwll has severe surface deterioration. Please take care, particularly on the out leg with the left turn.

Fastest team of 3 = £30
Fastest Tandem = £40
WCTTCA riders attract awards in addition to those awarded by Port Sunlight Wheelers.
This event is one of the Liverpool Time Trials Cycling Association qualifying events.
Results will be published as soon as possible after the event.
