Start in bus stop on Witchford Main Street , east of Bedwell Hey lane , proceed to the Lancaster way RAB junction with the A142. Take the 1st exit and continue along the A142 taking the 3rd exit at the Sutton RAB junction to retrace the outward route , continue along the A142 to the Lancaster way RAB and take the 3 rd exit onto the Witchford access road to finish approx 50 yards past the start
