START (GR 536972) at E.P. opposite green transformer box just east of Old Road at Navestock Heath. Proceed down Murthering Lane to junction with Tysea Hill where immediately left to Horsemans Side, where just past Alma Arms PH turn left into Old Road to complete circuit (5.07m). Repeat circuit to FINISH (GR 537970) at south end of field entrance approximately 200 yards short of junction with Murthering Lane.
