The event consists of a ten mile 2up team time trial. Male and female mixed and non mixed teams welcome.
Time trial bikes and road bikes are permitted, however, any awards will be for time trial bike teams and road
bike only teams (no mixed bike awards).
The course used for the event will be the fast V714 Gilberdyke to Howden and back, National course.
The course is an out and back style course with the turn at Howden roundabout, awareness needed!
The start line is approximately 100 metres west of Gilberdyke village. The out leg is the shorter part of the
course and the return leg after the turn at Howden roundabout is the longer part of the course, hence the
finish line being approximately 1 mile east of the start line in Gilberdyke village. The finish line is outside
the White Horse Inn, Gilberdyke. STRICTLY NO PARKING! for competitors in the HQ carpark, this is reserved
for officials only. There is ample parking on the main road. View google maps for off the main road warm up roads.
No warming up on the live course. Working rear and front lights required at the start along with an approved helmet.
Return your race number at the HQ. Free light refreshments and sandwiches available at the HQ.
