Rising approx 64m over 0.3miles this course starts on the west side of the bridge over the River Crake in Spark Bridge and finishes at the crest of Colton Hill.
Course details - Start on B road adjacent to the end of pavement / start of the bridge wall on the western side of the River Crake in Spark Bridge and proceed in a westerly direction for 0.04 miles before making a LH turn onto Colton Hill. Continue in a north westerly direction to finish at the crest of Colton Hill (0.3 miles).
Where is it? Travelling along the A590,take the Coniston turn off (A5092) at Greenodd roundabout. Continue on through Penny Bridge. A short descent takes you past Little Dick's Farm on the left. Take the next right (just after the farm as the road swings left and starts to climb). Follow this road into the village of Spark Bridge.
