Course HQ: Layby at top of hill (Ulverston side of Fishermans Arms) - Baycliff.No cars to be parked in the Fishermans Arms car park.

Course:

LL100 | Bcw Coast Road Club 10

Start/Finish: Start on A5087 at Baycliff, approximately 50 yards north east of the Fishermans Arms at speed warning post (solar panel on top). Proceed south east on the A5087 to Rampside roundabout (5.01m). Encircle roundabout and retrace to finish opposite the start 10.02m.
