It's that time of year - the Annual Condors Hill Climb! This year we’re going all in on Britwell Hill.
Compete for the Condors Hill Climb Trophy and Jersey; there will also be spot prizes for those just out to have fun: best fancy dress, most inappropriate bike, most average speed and lantern rouge….. if none of that appeals please come out and volunteer, spectate or sip coffee at Spire and Spoke!
It’s the second time Britwell has been used for a Condors hill climb: you don’t need to be an avid cyclist to have seen it before though, with it having been featured as a location in films such as Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, Bridget Jones’ Diary and Breathe! The road rises in a straight line up the Chiltern escarpment making it great for spectators, with the steepest slopes near the top!
HQ will hopefully again be at Spire and Spoke.
