This is a handicap series, where the first 3 events are scratch, then for all the following events your handicap time is based on your best time so far this season. Points are awarded based on position on the night, best 5 positions to count but at least one and no more than two positions can be used from the scratch races. Volunteers marshalling or timekeeping are awarded 5 bonus points per duty (up to a maximum of 10).
Road bike rules are very simple; no tri-bars, very deep section rims, tri-spokes or disc wheels.
