Security restrictions mean entries close 48 hours before. No entry on the line, unless you are listed on someone else’s entry. Current Velos members (first and second claim) ride for free but must enter beforehand:

Put your car make/colour/registration and name all passengers in PayPal 'send message to seller'
Failure will mean no airfield access on the night (note that putting people’s names on the list that don’t come doesn’t matter; adding people later on is a hassle – if in doubt, put them on).
Current members will be refunded in full after payment, allowing us to gather your security details. Contact Rob Dyde if you do not receive your refund.
