START in the centre of Coveney on the grassy triangle , follow the road through to the A142 and turn left , follow the A142 to the Lancaster way RAB and take the 1st exit . Continue to the A10 RAB and take the 1st onto the A10. , at the Downham Road RAB take the 1st exit and follow the road through Little Downham. As you exit the village bear left and follow back to Coveney and finish at the grassy triangle
