Start Strand Annealing lane ,at lamppost BG1727 near Ebbw Fawr school .Head towards school RTB (.2m). (Start of circuit) ,on entering school RTB take 1st exit, continue on A4281 towards station RTB (.55m).Take 3rd exit retracing back to school RTB (.9m).Take 1st exit straight on At college RTB (2.15m) take 3rd exit retracing back down the A4281 towards the school RTB (3.4m) end of circuit . Repeat this circuit a total of 3 times (6.6m)(9.8) on reaching the school RTB at the end of the third circuit take the 1st exit back on to strand annealing lane and finish at lamppost BG1658 (10m) )
