Daniel Hills and Debbie Percival were the fastest over the Brockham Hill climb near Holybourne, used by Farnham Road Club for their event on Sunday.

Hills (Brixton Cycles Club) topped the podium as the fastest rider overall after finishing his run with a time of 3-43.83.

He adds this victory to the one he achieved at the Cycle Club Basingstoke hill climb in mid-September and also finished top of the pile at the Lovelo Racing event on the same weekend.

The 27-year-old will be hoping to continue his winning form next weekend as he is set to ride at the National Hill Climb Championships where he will be hoping to achieve a respectable finish.

David Ross (LFGSS) was the man to finish in second after clocking a time of 3-44.92 to miss out on the top spot by a margin of just one second.

Ian Middleton (Foran CCC) completed the podium line up after clocking a time of 3-55.24 respectively.

Debbie Percival (Kent Velo Girls/Boys) finished as the fastest woman after finishing her climb with a time of 5-26.81.

This was Percival’s first victory of the hill climb season with her highest place finish being third at the Wigmore CC Kent CA Championship event at the end of September.

The veteran rider will be looking for her winning ways to continue next weekend as she is set to ride at the Sussex Nomads hill climb.

Richard Cartland (South Down Bikes) finished as the fastest veteran with a time of 3-57.20.

Joseph Adlam-Cook (Hillingdon Slipstreamers) finished as the fastest junior after clocking a time of 4-25.40 respectively.
