Women's winner Rachael Elliott.

Lewis Keightley (Team Bottrill/HSS Hire) took victory by over 40 seconds in the Weymouth CC 10, staged on the P451/10 at Warmwell near Dorchester on Easter Sunday.

Keightley averaged over 29 miles per hour along the A352 out-and-back course as he took the win with a time of 20 minutes and 40 seconds.

The P451 course sees riders start near Warmwell before travelling through East Knighton and turning for home at Wool and finishing just before the starting point.

Keightley who finished eighth in the first round of the Classic Series also took second in both the Sportzmad and the Antelope RT 10.

In the Sportzmad event Keightley clocked a 19.45 but despite being nearly a minute slower on this occasion moved up a step on the podium.

Behind, Tom Temple (Primera-Teamjobs) sat in between a Team Bottrill sandwich clocking 21.26 for second.

Third place went to Keightley’s team-mate Craig Haslam in 22.10.

In the women’s event Rachael Elliott (Drag2Zero) took her second victory of the Easter weekend clocking a course record time of 22.49.

She picked up £100 prize money for beating the previous course record of 23.42 set by Louise Dutch in 2008.

However, her time was somewhat slower than the 21.10 she posted to win the High Wycombe 10 on Friday.
