James Boyman used his local knowledge to maximum effect as he took victory in the Charlotteville 10 held in Farnham, Surrey on Saturday.

Boyman has enjoyed a number of victories this season and took first place for the second week running having also won the Sussex CA 10 last weekend. The week before, he placed tenth in the National Championships over the same distance.

Kate Allen of Drag2Zero won the women’s category with seven riders in contention. Her time of 21.42 was comfortably enough to give her top spot with Gemma Hayes of East Grinstead CC second in 25.27.

Eva Nyirenda of A3crg rounded off the top three, 42 seconds down on Hayes with a time of 26.09.
