David Allonby (Springfield Financial) flew around the Kent Valley 25 course in a time of 50 minutes and 39 seconds to take a clear victory.
The sporting course which sees riders tackle two climbs goes back and forwards on the A590 between just south of Kendal and Lindale.
Allonby who finished second in the Liverpool Phoenix 10 and third in the Warrington RC 50 was comfortable winner on this occasion.
Despite being on a slow course his time was only just short of his personal best of 50.04.
Richard Bickley (Border City Wheelers) led home the chasing pack and his time of 53.01 was easily enough for second on the day.
Gethin Butler (Preston Wheelers) clinched third in 53.43 edging out his team-mate Paul Fleming by 16 seconds.
Fastest woman on the day was Carol Westmoreland (Border City Wheelers) in a time of 1:04.02.
