Essex Roads Club rider Colin Ward rode away with the top prize in the Colchester Rovers CC event held near Little Bentley on Sunday morning.
Ward averaged 27.39mph as he covered the 50-mile course in 1:49.31, a massive 6.30 quicker than closest competitor, Richard Price of London Phoenix CC who completed in 1:55.59.
Price was also comfortable in second with third-placed Gray Turnock of Finsbury Park CC covering the distance in 1:57.35.
Another Essex Roads Club rider, Sue Triplow, was quickest woman, completing in a time of 2:15.16.
