Event HQ

CTT and the Race Promoter advise riders they should at all times comply with traffic law and regulations and obey the Highway Code. Also, for your own safety, wearing of a hard shell helmet is advisable.
Competitors under the age of 18 and/or Juniors must wear a helmet conforming to a recognised Standard.
It is recommended that a working rear light, either flashing or constant, is fitted to your bike in a position clearly visible to road users and is active whilst the bike is in use
Notes
• It is approximately 4 miles from the HQ to the start in Dunnington. This involves riding up a small hill, so please allow adequate time.
• There is ample parking at the HQ. Please in the marked bays.
• Signing on and numbers will be in the event HQ from 1pm. Please return your number after the race in exchange for a drink.
• Changing rooms are available at the HQ.
• Once the race has started please do not warm up on the course.
• A first aid kit will be available at the HQ.
It pains me to report that at the National 10 promoted by the club last September local residents complained of competitors urinating in the hedge of the village school playing fields. The Parish Council took this complaint very seriously and will be observing competitor conduct. Please help us to ensure that this does not happen again by respecting the local residents and reporting anyone you consider to have engaged in
