Start on the minor road between Tame Bridge and Seamer under the overhead cables, adjacent to the gravel storage compound. Proceed north through Seamer and continue past the wind farm towards Hilton, but before reaching it turn left down Middleton Lane. Proceed along this road towards Hutton Rudby, take care on left hand bend near Middleton. Turn left at the T-junction to continue up Skutterskelfe Bank towards Stokesley. At Tame Bridge turn left and proceed to start point. Continue for a further lap. At the end of the second lap finish approximately 100 yards before the start.
