University Of Reading Cycling

Whether you’re a racer, road cyclist, mountain biker, or you just fancy getting out on your bike with new people and exploring Berkshire, Oxfordshire and the amazing Chiltern Hills, then our club is for you!

As one of the newest clubs at the University, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of riding and events across multiple disciplines and for all abilities, as well as creating a friendly, welcoming environment for anyone who’s keen to get involved. We run official road rides three times a week during term, alongside regular mountain bike rides suitable for all abilities. You can find our timetable and long term calendar further down this page. Last year UoRCC enjoyed one of the most successful years we’ve ever had as a club, with many new members joining and the race team going on to successfully compete across a host of disciplines. 

On top of riding, being part of the Cycling Club will give you access to regular club socials, joint events with other universities, the ability to compete in varsity and other opportunities that we will introduce as the year progresses.
